Sunken Pedestrian Bridge inside the water

Ro Koster and Ad Kil Architects built this amazing sunken bridge for crossing the defensive fortress in Halsteren, the Netherlands. The bridge sits within the water and slope surrounding the 17th Century Dutch fort and gives visitors a unique opportunity to walk trough parted waters like Moses. Normally bridges are usually designed to keep us away from water, surprisingly the Moses Bridge that sits below the water line to offer us an amazing experience of passing through parted water. Made from sustainable Accoya wood coated with a nontoxic waterproof material, the bridge can last quite a longer time and thus to lead many more people to go through the parted water.
