Yatch can swim, cars can be used on the road. The Iguana 29 Amphibious Yacht changes that, existing as a center console speed yacht with the ability to rise out of the water and drive along the land. Iguana 29 does so not with wheels, but a pair of retractable treads that lower into the water and carry the boat onto a hard surface. While the treads won’t carry the Iguana 29 up to road-worthy speed, the point here is about all terrain utility, not a boat you can drive to work. So, it doesn't required a waterside dock, as you could drive the Iguana from the shoreline to a nearby garage. Price information has not yet published. Lets keep an eye on that.
