Perhaps this was preferred model of Patsy Cline's hairdresser. It surely takes the cake for "most misogynistic appliance design". A working, great condition, rare vintage novelty hair dryer. Complete with white plastic holster. No electrocution worries, the silver gun material is plastic as well. Pull the hammer (on top) to the desired heat setting, squeeze the trigger and let'er rip.
I have one of these myself, it's been my sole trusty hairdryer for years. (You should see the bizarre wedding pictures our photographer got, gals getting ready, holding this to their heads... oh my!)
Overall nice vintage condition. The gun and holster both show some wear -general scratches and light marks / discoloration, some areas where the silver exterior is worn through to clear plastic underneath. Please look closely at the very largest size of all pics to best gauge condition. The rear of the holster has a permanent brown paint or glue stain, it's not visible from the front.
